Mr. M. R. Afolabi graduated with a B.Sc. (Hons) Degree in Geography from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife in 2011. Thereafter, he obtained his M.Sc. Degree in Geography from the same university in August, 2017. Mr. Afolabi joined the Department of Geography as a Graduate Assistant in April 2014. He was regraded an Assistant Lecturer in August 2017. He is presently on his PhD programme at the Department of Geography, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. His area of specialization is Geomorphology with specific interest in Landform processes in Nigeria’s Western Basement Region, Process geomorphology and Environmental Sustainability. He is a member of the Association of Nigerian Geographers (ANG) and American Association of Geographers (AAG).
